How to Balance Extracurricular Activities and Academics?

How much dose of Extra-curricular activities is enough to be called extra, and not the main activity of a school student?

How much extra curricular activities in school are good so as not to harm studies of the students? 

These are some serious questions to be answered these days. 
The optimal amount of extracurricular activities for students can vary depending on several factors, including their individual abilities, workload, and time management skills. 

While extracurricular activities can provide numerous benefits, it is important to strike a balance that allows students to excel academically without becoming overwhelmed. 


Some considerations to find the right balance: 


Prioritize academics

Education should remain the primary focus. Ensure that the time and energy dedicated to extracurricular activities do not impede a student's ability to study, complete assignments, and perform well in their classes. 


Assess personal capabilities
